I had the absolute pleasure of presenting part one of a two-part series focusing on Foundational AI Concepts & Careers in Technology. It was incredibly energising to see so much passion in the room. The next wave of tech talent is highly focused, with students showing massive interest in:

We covered a lot of ground around terminology and acronyms, which LLMs to use and so on. The real crowd-pleasers of the day were Large Language Models (LLMs) – prompt engineering, and “vibe coding” which we’ll get more into next time. Huge thanks to the staff and especially the syudents for the brilliant engagement and sharp questions.
