| Description | At FundingCircle I managed the site reliability team and coordinated SRE projects across all engineering. I championed innovation, efficiency, transparency and created SRE OKRs aligned to overall engineering goals. I used metrics and data to define measurable objectives and increase visibility of technical risk & compliance collaborating with various stakeholders. I lead the updated Incident Management framework in collaboration with ProdOps. Alongside my duties I lead an AWS Gameday for all engineers with high participation and set groundwork for technical Skills Gap Analysis teamwide. This allowed the company to better understand training requirements including observability and incident reporting. I was responsible for incident management , tooling and a key member of the organisations AWS cohort. One of the achievements I was most proud of was reducing TOIL, increasing automation and self-service for more productive workflows. |
