Description	At ThirdBridge I oversaw the Connections, CFS and CKIM teams on & offshore. I collaborated with HR and other Heads to define & deliver OKRs, a new competency and career framework and put in place guardrails to improve CI/CD maturity. Notable highlights included releasing new products including, improving search, data enrichment, sunsetting legacy software, securing promotions within my team and taking a vital role in hiring the new principal engineers as part of the digital transformation.
